Nadege,

Thanks for the call. This is the smaller version we talked about. One client, signals and tiering, an audit, and then we look at what the numbers do before anything gets rolled out.

Where you are.

Your numbers are good. About 45 percent of dials connect, about 13 percent of connects book, and you book around 60 meetings a month across the team, 20 to 30 of them for the client we would start with. The pick up side is handled. The lever left is how many connects turn into meetings.

Problem 01
The callers dial a flat list
No order and no reason for the call. They end up opening LinkedIn tabs mid session to find something to say, which is time off the power dialer. The only signal in use today is a recent job change.
Problem 02
Signals look like they cover five percent
In a market this specific, most leads will not carry a trigger in any given week. That has kept signals off the table so far. The fix is to let signals promote, and let the data points you already hold rank everyone else.
Problem 03
Re engagement starts from zero
About 3,000 accounts in this market and around 1,500 already touched. The market does not refill. Every re call without the last conversation in front of the caller spends an account that cannot be replaced.

The fix.

Three fixes, one client, two weeks.

Solution 01
A tier and a reason on every row
Tier 1, 2 and 3 on the re export, in dial order. Each row carries the signal that put it there and three to four data points the caller can use once the call gets past the opener. Same CSV schema you upload today.
Solution 02
Signals promote, data points rank the rest
I test the candidates against your accounts and keep the ones that actually cover the list. Whatever has a real trigger goes to tier 1. Everything else is ranked on store size, estimated revenue and role, so no row is left without a rank.
Solution 03
The last conversation, on the row
A previous contact column from Lemlist: when you last spoke, the outcome, and one line on what was said. The caller reads it before the dial, not after.

What you get.

The pilot

Six deliverables, one client, two weeks.

0 of 6 Delivered

The timeline.

Two weeks from access. Two things can slow it down. Access to Apify or Store Leads, which I start without and add when it lands. Old calls with no transcript, in which case the previous contact column carries the date and outcome only.

Workshop and auditDays 1 to 2

You bring the ICP, the export and what the callers hear. I read the setup and write up what I found.

Signal mapDays 3 to 5

Each candidate tested against your accounts, coverage written down, tech stack note done. You read it before anything gets built.

Build and first runDays 6 to 9

The tiering skill, run on the full re engagement export, checked row by row before it reaches the callers.

HandoverDay 10

The doc, the walkthrough, and the tier column in Lemlist so the next few hundred dials tell you whether it worked.

Total: 2 weeks

The price.

$1,200 fixed on Upwork, in two milestones. You are never more than one step in.

MilestoneWhat it coversReleased whenAmount
1Workshop, audit, signal map, tech stack noteYou have the written map$400
2Build, first run, handoverThe list is delivered$800
TotalOne client, two weeks$1,200
Fixed price$1,200, on Upwork
Milestone 2funded only after you have read the signal map
Stop pointafter the map, if what I found is not worth building on
Why fixed
Fixed rather than hourly, on purpose
Most of the work here is thinking about which signals and data points are worth tiering on, and that does not take many hours once I have done it a few times. On hourly you would either pay for the thinking at a rate that feels too high for the time, or I would rush it. Fixed means you pay for the list in your callers' hands, and the milestone split means you are never more than one step in.
What I will not promise
No meeting rate in writing
That depends on your callers and the market, and anyone who puts a number on it before running your list is guessing. What I commit to is the list, the reasons on it, and the tier column so you can measure it yourself on the next 200 to 400 dials.

Payment is handled on Upwork, subject to Upwork's fixed price escrow terms. Provider costs stay on your own accounts. Nothing is bought in my name.

Not in this one: personalised openers, email and LinkedIn, the other five clients, and the full automation. If the tiered list moves the book rate, those come next and I will quote them separately.

The terms.

Clause 01

Scope of Work

I will deliver the six items listed under What you get, for one Ugoki House client, inside two weeks of access.

Anything outside that is quoted before any work starts, never assumed into the price. Outside it: personalised openers, email and LinkedIn, the other five clients, and any of the full automation from the earlier proposal.

Clause 02

Payment Terms

$1,200 fixed, as two milestones on Upwork. $400 released when you have the written signal map. $800 funded after you have read the map and released when the tiered list is in your callers' hands.

You can stop after milestone one without penalty. Payment is handled on Upwork throughout, subject to Upwork's fixed price escrow terms.

Clause 03

What you provide

So the two weeks stay honest, you provide the following.

  • Access to the Claude Code repository
  • Firmable, AI Ark, Store Leads and Apify
  • The Lemlist account for this client
  • The re engagement export and the ICP
  • One (1) hour for the workshop and a reply on the signal map inside two business days
Clause 04

Ownership and what I will not promise

Everything I build is yours from the day it is written. Your repository, your keys, your data, your documentation. Nothing is held on my side, and nothing about your clients or your systems is shared or reused.

I will not promise a meeting rate. What I commit to is the scope above, on the timeline above, with the tier column in Lemlist so you can measure the result yourself.

Accepting the Upwork contract constitutes acceptance of this proposal.

Saying yes.

Everything here runs through Upwork, so there is nothing to sign on this page and nothing to pay here.

Tell me it is a yes
Message me on Upwork. If anything here is wrong, say so now and I will change it before we start.
Step 02
I send the Upwork contract
Same scope, same two milestones, same dates as this page. Payment is handled on Upwork, subject to Upwork's fixed price escrow terms.
Step 03
Fund milestone one and we book the workshop
